Returns & Refunds Policy
In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorisation.
We accepts returns and exchanges within 7 DAYS of delivery. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We accept the return of products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
Please send us the 360 degree unboxing video while applying for returns/refunds/exchanges.
To return an item, please contact us and we will generate a return authorisation for you. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorisation for your previous item.
Once we receive the return order, it will take 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. If 3-5 business days have passed and you still don’t see a refund, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com
Note - Please be informed that you have to pay for the return shipping fee. There is No Refund on Cash on Delivery (COD), you are only eligible for exchange with another product of the same price.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS
All returned products should be in the original packaging without any missing contents.
If you want to return the product then 70% of your order amount will be refunded as we deduct 30% for our courier and packing charges (For Prepaid Orders Only).
Refund processes could take up to 6-8 working days after the item is received.
We recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your shipment to ensure your return is received.
There’s no refund on Tempered glass, only replacement can be done if a defective one is received.
